That's not a video file, that's a Gif file. It's an animation.

Save that animation to your hard drive and open Microsoft Gif Animator (the link I posted) and just drag and drop it into the Gif Program. Each individual frame will show up.

You can play the file from WinDVD (intervideo.com) and then click on capture option at the frame you want to capture and then save it as JPG.
You can't change it to a JPG because thats a picture format. But you can put it on your myspace, just press insert video.
