On adobe photoshop cs how do i change the image into a JPEG file instead of a photoshop file??

ive made and edited some pictures on adobe photoshop cs but can no tthen add them to my websites or sites like myspace and bebo because they are not jpeg images can anyone tell me how to change the format of the pictures i edit and make please??

When you go to save the file, on the bottom, next to where you name it, there's a choice under it (usually says Photoshop file .psd) Click on the arrow, and pick JPEG. You'll have to define how good the picture quality is, and all that, but's that how you do it.

First you must collapse the layers if you have created any. Layers/Flatten Image.



Then, when you save, click the drop down arrow next to the %26quot;Files as type%26quot; or %26quot;Save as%26quot; box%26quot;, and choose the file extension that you wish to save under, and then click %26quot;Save%26quot;.



These instructions are from an older version of Photoshop, so you may need to do a little digging around.
Go under format, it will ask you how to save it, just click on JPEG, you can also find it in the print menu. There is always at least 2 ways to do something on a computer. Good luck.

but if you have a folder full of pictures, you don't want to do them one by one!



After opening Photoshop, go to File %26gt; Automate %26gt; Web Photo gallery. Choose the folder of origin, and a folder destination. You can then define the thumbnail size and image size of the pictures and quality.



Click ok and you can make a cuppa whilst photoshop is doing the hard work.



When it is done, go to the folder destination and there will be a folder called %26quot;images%26quot; where all your images are!

I have 52"hdtv, before when i put on HDchannels it would change format from 480i to 1080i/720p now it wontHELP

cableguy replaced my cablebox because old one wasnt working correctly with ONdemand, but now when i switch to hd channels it stays in 1 format i asked him if he could make it switch formats like 1080i and 720p and he said he didnt know how to do it and just told me to make the picture strectch and zoom in. the cableguy a year ago made it work, anyone know how to do it?

Streching and zooming has nothing to do with 720p or 1080i.



Some HD programs transmit in 720p and some in 1080i.

It is quite possible that the new box outputs in a single format (although it should give you the option). Go to the set-top box menu or setup and see if you can select the output option.

It should make very little difference on your TV whether you send 720p or 1080i.

Why do you need to change it? You should be able to print it as a .jpg on paper specially made for t-shirt transfers.
You need of course the computer, most any picture file, gif,tiff,jpg etc.

Software on the computer to do minor corrections like cropping and contrast. Once you have the image looking good, size, colors etc., you need a good printer and transfer paper. Make sure you have the proper orientation with the paper in both the printer and when you iron. Once you have printed your image on to the paper it is just a matter of ironing it on the garment, (correct side to the garment ) and iron away.

on the left there are a list of things you can do and under 3. Finish movie the first option is %26quot;save to my computer%26quot;

click that then save it somewhere on you computer and the THAT file (the saved one) can be uploaded to youtube

in photoshop cs3 you cannot say how much the file size will be with GIF it does it automatically but if you want to change the size of a Jpeg do this

1:go to file, save as

2:make sure the file is named and on Jpeg format

3: while in the saving options make sure you name it different or it will overwrite the other picture.

4:click save (the Jpeg Options should appear)

5:slide the thing across (no idea what you call them) its under image options on that window under the quality.

6:it will tell you how big its saving too. the click OK
