How can you change a picture from psd format to jpeg?

i have tried to do this but to no avail|||psd is a photoshop document

Open it in Photoshop and save as jpeg|||Photoshop should do it. Just flatten the layers, make sure that the colour mode is set to RGB and save as a jpeg.

Or some image browser applications can convert psd%26#039;s to jpeg%26#039;s. Try ACDSee or XNView.|||In photoshop click save as and change the format, if you dont have photoshop then i guess your screwd|||Open then save as.. choose options select JPG|||What program are you using?

Psd is Photoshops native file format, but you don%26#039;t need photoshop to open or work with the file, The Gimp has a plug in that will allow it.You need to try the %26#039;save as%26#039; option and pick .jpg as the file format. Or try the %26#039;save for web%26#039; option.

If that still doesnt work then you are working with a protected file. If you don%26#039;t own copywrite on the image than forget it. If you do, then you protected it, which method did you use? We need more info to help.
