In virtually any photo viewing and editing program, go to file (drop down menu, top left of window), click %26#039;save as%26#039;, create a file name and destination, below that line is another drop down menu titled %26#039;format%26#039;, choose format (jpg, bmp, gif, tiff, etc where applicable), then click %26#039;save%26#039;. in photoshop another way is the goto file then save for the web
a|||use a program that can export to jpeg format. it must also be able to import whatever source format you are using (e.g., bmp, png, gif, %26amp;c.)
