How do I change a picture format to JPEG on Adobe PhotoDeluxe Home Edition?

It has to be JPEG, it needs to be 320x400 pixels and 300 dpi and I need to save it to a disk and bring it to school, but they don%26#039;t have Adobe PhotoDeluxe Home Edition. I have Adobe PhotoDeluxe Home Edition 4.0. I know you can do it by opening MS Paint, but the picture which I already saved in Adobe PhotoDeluxe can%26#039;t open in Paint. In PhotoDeluxe, they don%26#039;t give me the option to save it as a JPEG format.|||Okay, open this picture in Adobe PhotoDeluxe and then press ALT and PrtSc [or print screen] on your keyboard. Then, open paint and select the %26quot;Select%26quot; tool [The one that is the upper left that%26#039;s a dotted rectangle] and press CTRL+V. Then, use the tool and select the picture using the tool. Press CTRL+C and then CTRL+A then Delete, then resize the paper to 1X1 [This is done by going to the very bottom, most right of the page as possible and clicking the dot outside of the picture and then making the square as small as possible] Then, press CTRL+V, the size of the paper will automatically adjust to the exact size of the picture you selected. Then, save it as a JPEG. There you go.
