How do I change the picture format from jpeg to jpg once it is already downloaded onto the computer?

JPEG and JPG are basically the same file format. It probably won%26#039;t make a difference whether you try making it change to JPG, but if you really want to, you could just rename it from %26quot;filename.jpeg%26quot; to %26quot;filename.jpg%26quot;. If you want to be safe, you could always make a copy of the file and change the extension of the copy to %26quot;.jpg%26quot;|||tell the computer to display file extensions and delete the %26#039;e%26#039; in the extension. otherwise, open it and save it as jpg.|||you don%26#039;t need to change the picture format, just change the name (rename).|||jpeg and jpg is the same format, just with different file name extensions. Just rename the file, but make sure you turn on windows file option to show file name extensions.|||Extremely easy to do. Just use Window%26#039;s Explorer to rename the file extension. You will get a warning about the danger of changing file extensions but in this case you can safely ignore the warning.
