I have a a document on Microsoft Word 2003 thats the type of fileI, I want to open as a picture do you know how can I doit?
Is anybody know how to change the format of a document???
Two suggestions:
1) Use the picture select tool in Microsoft Word 2003, and select all text. Copy and paste this into Microsoft Paint, or another picture editing program. Save it in there.
2) Go to file, save as, then save the format as a jpg or bmp (picture format). Open it in photo program, then save it, to make sure it works as a picture.

If you change a word file extension (ex: .doc) into a picture extension (ex: .jpg) it will probably go corrupt. But, you can make your file into a %26quot;picture%26quot; with a painter program (MS Paint), or a photo editor (Adobe Photoshop).
First, open up your document in word. Press %26quot;CTRL A%26quot; to select everything. Press %26quot;CTRL C%26quot; to copy. Then, open up MS Paint and press %26quot;CTRL V%26quot; to paste. Now all you need to do is save it. %26quot;.gif%26quot; is usually used for graphics, %26quot;.jpg%26quot; for photos., %26quot;.bmp%26quot; is the standard for MS Paint, but it is not used commonly because it can take up a lot of memory space. You can do the same thing in Photoshop.
If that doesn't work, you may need to up your screen's resolution as high as it can go, and press %26quot;PRT SC%26quot; for print screen. Then paste it in MS Paint or Photoshop. After that, cut out the background stuff you don't need by cropping your %26quot;picture%26quot;. Don't forget to turn your resolution back down afterward.

How do I use my British Wii in Canada?
I have brought my UK-bought Wii to Canada in the hope that I will be able to use it. I am happy to play British games so the two issues I face are:
1. Power supply
If I just buy a Canadian AC adaptor will it work or is it more complicated than this?
2. TV
I have a Canadian TV. Will the Wii work with it or does it need some kind of adaptor to change the format of the picture?
Any help is much appreciated.

Basicly, it lets you use region-coded games on other region consoles. For example, you could play US Wii games on a JP Wii and so on.

I'm not really sure how it works but it comes with instructions. Also, it may not work depending on what Wii firmware you have. If you have 3.3 or higher, Freeloader wont work on your Wii. Also, nothing will happen if you buy a canadian adaptor. And a Canadian TV is no problem. The Wii should still work.

Okay, so I just got my HP G60-125NR laptop, it all works good, but It came with vista and Im unfamiliar with vista and it had the Windows Photo Gallery installed, so I decided to do some tweaking with pictures that I had on my memory card, so after I edited these pictures I put the memory stick back into my Nikon D80 and my camera is saying the files that I edited do not exist, or that the camera cannot read them, and I did not change the picture format either. So my question is how can I edit these pictures but yet have them visible on my camera?

I have recorded stuff on tv to a dvd, then I just took the movie files and copied them to my harddrive. But I accidentally clicked onto the next bit without first checking the option to have it as a 'Mastered' disc, e.g. the pictures will come up on my DVD player. When you go to save the file, on the bottom, next to where you name it, there's a choice under it (usually says Photoshop file .psd) Click on the arrow, and pick JPEG. You'll have to define how good the picture quality is, and all that, but's that how you do it.

Let's sort this out. JPEG is a file format for images, and your laptop should be able to display them. By disc, I assume you mean a CD or DVD? If you want to change an image to JPEG, use paint, and click Save As... VERY IMPORTANT, don't click Save, because you will lose original copy. I recommend you make a copy of the picture, before you go to paint, and then you can click Save.

1) right click on one of the files you're trying to open.

The reason they want this type of file is you can create it small, then enlarge as needed and it won't get fuzzy, distorted or pixelated as a .jpg or other raster (bitmap) image will.
How complicated is your logo? If you send me the JPEG I might be able to create an Illustrator version of it for you.
Also, check with the companies to see if they would accept a pdf version made from an Adobe Illustrator file.

That is an issue with all the different variations of the Motorola RAZR. The text message memory is too full so it starts sending them as picture messages. You need to go in and clear out your sent box inbox, outbox, etc and then turn the device off and back on and try it again and it should be working correctly (until it gets too full again)website hosting ie hosted control

Hello,
I have a weird problem with my digital camera and cant seem to find a solution online. Ill tell the history of the cam before the problem to give a better idea of the situation. About a year ago my nephew wanted to try out my FujiFilm A805 digital cam, I didnt think to big a deal of it but he wound up dropping it right on the lens and broke it, the lens was tilted and wouldnt move in or out and you could hear pieces rattling around. A few days ago a friend of mine says he has a FujiFilm A800 but the LCD screen is broken. After some online reading I find out both cameras are identical in every way except the A805 is the bundle pack where as the A800 is the stand alone camera. So after talking to him I got the cam off him and decided to put my LCD screen on his camera.. this worked out great, everything worked. I put in my SD card and noticed that with it set on 2mb picture that I only had 195pics on a 1 gig card? Ok.. maybe its the difference between the 2 cams or something. So snapped a few pics and got down to 180 pics.. then erased them.. it still showed 180 after erasing 15 pics. I decided to run it out to 0 pics to just see what would happen, it said I was full even after erasing ALL the pics it wouldnt let me take any. I opened the cam again and noticed a small burn mark on his board, No biggy Ill just swap boards as well so the only thing that id technically be using on his is the lens and front case now. I get it all back together and now Im showing 980pics available but still taking a pic and erasing doesnt show the space come back. If I remove the SD card, the cameras internal memory functions perfectly, space comes back after deleting something. Also.. when I go to change picture size format there is no difference in how many pictures relate to the size.. by that I mean, 8mb, 4mb, 2mb ect all show the same exact number for how many pics can be taken and I know for a fact that is wrong. So my question is.. can an SD card go bad in this manner? Like it lets you take pics but dont give the space back after deleting.
I can still pull pics from the card onto the pc but the space is never recovered. Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

You seem to have done a great job of repairing your camera. Hope the following will solve your remaining problems.
CAUTION To prevent camera damage, use a wrist strap and camera bag. Carry and dispose of batteries in baggies, blister packs, or other containers to protect ends from short circuit. Batteries explode when short circuited. NiMH batteries are environmentally friendly and may be discarded with trash.
The SD card should always be formatted in the camera that is being used. Also, it is never a good idea to delete photos as this can cause memory card corruption. You should download all the pictures and format the SD card.
Formatting a memory card starts a new File Allocation Table. Pictures are not removed from memory cards with delete or format. When old pictures are replaced with new pictures then the old pictures are really gone.
CAUTION To prevent memory card corruption, keep batteries charged and don't delete. Wait for lights to stop flashing then turn camera off before removing memory. For card readers, double click Safely Remove Hardware. Select then click Stop and OK.
Digital cameras reset to original settings if batteries are removed for one minute. Time varies with function/camera. Remove extra memory to eliminate this as a possible problem. Check display/setup menu for non-auto functions and date/time. Insert fully charged/cleaned batteries and restart camera. The ultimate non-physical repair for software-using devices is reset by removing power ... VCR/DVD players one month.

you have to open the photo with (acdsee4.0 or higher) then edit and save as (jpg,bmp,gif....ect )

a .jpg is a jpeg but if you need to copy the picture and past it in paint shop pro click save as and at the bottom it will say jpeg click the drop down menu and choose whatever u want

Have you tried to rename the picture file and just change the file ext. at the end of it? That usually works.
There's some various program you can use to convert it. One of it is you Paint program in your Accessories sections.

If you don't want to download a program, you can use http://zamzar.com to convert a picture into any format online for free.
Additional Note: After taking a closer look at your question, I see that you don't really need to convert anything. A .jpeg and a .jpg are really the same thing. Just rename the file from .jpeg to .jpg
open up the photo in any image editor (Paint will work on Windows) then go %26quot;save as%26quot;. select the file type and location.
Download %26quot;Easy Graphic Convertor%26quot; from the following link and install it. It is free. You can convert any kind of images to any type.

check your software editing software, after you edit, chose save as, instead of save , and save it as the format you need. If you don't have that option, you have to download an image converter

go to http://www.irfanview.com/ and look up the one program that says about editing pictures and sizing and etc.. it does work though i use it all the time...

Making it larger means increasing the pixels. which is next to impossible. You will have to use photo editing softwares to increase the pixels. and then upload the picture.
