Ebay takes literatly 10-15 minutes to upload one SMALL phot because of the file format. How do I change the format from BMP to either JPEG (.jpg), GIF (.gif) or PNG (.png)? Thanks

- open with
- paint
When in paint:
- file
- save as
- click th arrow and select JPEG image.

Use a photo editor and covert it to a jpg.
