Open an image editor program (Photoshop, etc). From file menu, click on save-as, and chose the format (gif, jpg, tif ...) you like to save. That is it.

Instead of hitting %26quot;save%26quot; hit %26quot;save as%26quot;
find the file through my computer and click on file once, right click, change name, at the end of the name change or add the file extension of .jpg or even or .btp or .tif
I recommend you to use ACDsee.
