as you know when we take picture , the pic is bigger , but can we change the format to smaller picture?
cause when im uploading in my computer it tends to load quite slow so i want a smaller size picture but how?

normally, I use photoshop to reduce the size and adjust the levels. But if u don't have photoshop ($$), try some freeware that can do bulk image resize. do a search on google for %26quot;Bulk image resize freeware%26quot;, you will get a lot of options.
btw, you're not alone, I always remind ppl size down the photos before send it out. size like 1024x768 is fairly enough for screen viewing.
