Help whit Gimp, cannot change format from .xcf to .jpg?
open your pic, click save-as, when the box comes up with the title (ex: picture.xcf) change the xcf in the name to jpg, and your done!
a screen might come up saying jpg files can't support transparency, just click export

Might want to check and make sure the image mode is RGB.
SaveAs. Change the type to 'jpeg'. Xcf is the composite format for The Gimp. Keep your work in xcf and saveas the desired type whenever you need an external format.
