I am not asking for changing the welcome screen from the control panel. I want to know how to change the welcome screen format. for example when I open my computer it first show the boot screen and then the welcome screen in XP .I want to change that welcome screen and want to insert another picture. I know that the welcome screen format is in .tls format but I cant change that welcome screen format . Please help me.
