Why do you need to change it? You should be able to print it as a .jpg on paper specially made for t-shirt transfers.
You need of course the computer, most any picture file, gif,tiff,jpg etc.
Software on the computer to do minor corrections like cropping and contrast. Once you have the image looking good, size, colors etc., you need a good printer and transfer paper. Make sure you have the proper orientation with the paper in both the printer and when you iron. Once you have printed your image on to the paper it is just a matter of ironing it on the garment, (correct side to the garment ) and iron away.

Let's sort this out. JPEG is a file format for images, and your laptop should be able to display them. By disc, I assume you mean a CD or DVD? If you want to change an image to JPEG, use paint, and click Save As... VERY IMPORTANT, don't click Save, because you will lose original copy. I recommend you make a copy of the picture, before you go to paint, and then you can click Save.

I dont know what happened, it may have been from %26quot;Microsoft Digital Image Suite%26quot; that I installed, but I can't view my photos on any program or just in general. That's weird - JPEG is usually a good format. Regardless, whenver something like that happens to me, I open the images up in %26quot;Paint,%26quot; go to %26quot;File,%26quot; select %26quot;Save As,%26quot; and at the drop-down menu that says %26quot;Save As Type,%26quot; I select GIF or whatever type I need; that usually fixes it for me, maybe it'll work for you.

That's weird - JPEG is usually a good format. Regardless, whenver something like that happens to me, I open the images up in %26quot;Paint,%26quot; go to %26quot;File,%26quot; select %26quot;Save As,%26quot; and at the drop-down menu that says %26quot;Save As Type,%26quot; I select GIF or whatever type I need; that usually fixes it for me, maybe it'll work for you.

That is an issue with all the different variations of the Motorola RAZR. The text message memory is too full so it starts sending them as picture messages. Hello,
I have a weird problem with my digital camera and cant seem to find a solution online. Ill tell the history of the cam before the problem to give a better idea of the situation. About a year ago my nephew wanted to try out my FujiFilm A805 digital cam, I didnt think to big a deal of it but he wound up dropping it right on the lens and broke it, the lens was tilted and wouldnt move in or out and you could hear pieces rattling around. A few days ago a friend of mine says he has a FujiFilm A800 but the LCD screen is broken. After some online reading I find out both cameras are identical in every way except the A805 is the bundle pack where as the A800 is the stand alone camera. So after talking to him I got the cam off him and decided to put my LCD screen on his camera.. this worked out great, everything worked. I put in my SD card and noticed that with it set on 2mb picture that I only had 195pics on a 1 gig card? Ok.. maybe its the difference between the 2 cams or something. So snapped a few pics and got down to 180 pics.. then erased them.. it still showed 180 after erasing 15 pics. I decided to run it out to 0 pics to just see what would happen, it said I was full even after erasing ALL the pics it wouldnt let me take any. I opened the cam again and noticed a small burn mark on his board, No biggy Ill just swap boards as well so the only thing that id technically be using on his is the lens and front case now. I get it all back together and now Im showing 980pics available but still taking a pic and erasing doesnt show the space come back. If I remove the SD card, the cameras internal memory functions perfectly, space comes back after deleting something. Also.. when I go to change picture size format there is no difference in how many pictures relate to the size.. by that I mean, 8mb, 4mb, 2mb ect all show the same exact number for how many pics can be taken and I know for a fact that is wrong. So my question is.. can an SD card go bad in this manner? Like it lets you take pics but dont give the space back after deleting.
I can still pull pics from the card onto the pc but the space is never recovered. Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

You seem to have done a great job of repairing your camera. Hope the following will solve your remaining problems.
CAUTION To prevent camera damage, use a wrist strap and camera bag. Carry and dispose of batteries in baggies, blister packs, or other containers to protect ends from short circuit. Batteries explode when short circuited. NiMH batteries are environmentally friendly and may be discarded with trash.
The SD card should always be formatted in the camera that is being used. Also, it is never a good idea to delete photos as this can cause memory card corruption. You should download all the pictures and format the SD card.
Formatting a memory card starts a new File Allocation Table. Pictures are not removed from memory cards with delete or format. When old pictures are replaced with new pictures then the old pictures are really gone.
CAUTION To prevent memory card corruption, keep batteries charged and don't delete. Wait for lights to stop flashing then turn camera off before removing memory. For card readers, double click Safely Remove Hardware. Select then click Stop and OK.
Digital cameras reset to original settings if batteries are removed for one minute. Time varies with function/camera. Remove extra memory to eliminate this as a possible problem. Check display/setup menu for non-auto functions and date/time. Insert fully charged/cleaned batteries and restart camera. The ultimate non-physical repair for software-using devices is reset by removing power ... VCR/DVD players one month.

HI Tasha... With my XTi in my hands right now.... please follow my instructions. Turn on your camera.. of course.. press the Menu button on the back... scroll on down to Quality and open. Once you have that page opened... scroll down to RAW+L or just RAW. Voila!! There you go!! Now you are in RAW. If you choose RAW +L it will save both ways... in Raw and in JPEG. If you only want to save in Raw... just choose it. Hope that helps. :))

How do you change the format for a movie I made?
I made the movie with windows movie maker using pictures I got off my camera. How do I change the format of the saved movie to rip on my dvd burner on my computer, to where I can watch the video on my home dvd's? I understand that a ripped dvd from my computer is a different format than my home dvd player. I just don't know how to change the format to make it viewable on my home dvd player.

When you go to save the picture you should be able to select a dpi. If not, you should have been able to select a resolution when you first created the image. CMYK should not have anything to do with it since that is just the color palette and you are talking about resolution here.

I have a SDTV in my room for now and i have a 4250 Hd box hooked up 2 it. right now MTV comes in like a square. The bottom is dark, the top is dark and the sides are dark. the commercilas come in widescreen though. so just the sides are right. On Nickeldoean the commercials are square. How do i change the picture format so that the screen takes up the WHOLE tv or at least widescreen and not a square...FYI Changing the picture size on the i o settings does nothing. Only programs and commercials that are broadcast in HD will come in full screen as long as your box is set for it. Look for the hd symbols next to programs and those programs should be full screen even though commercials may not be.

on linux flavors ... you could use gimp, qv, imagemagick, gthumb, etc.
on a mac ... i guess you could use quicktime image viewer

I havn't been able to change the format of layered pictures that I've made on photoshop CS3. How do I do this?

If you have Gimp, there should be a Save As that let's you change the image to a .jpg file type. Almost all image editors have that ability, and Gimp is well enough designed and popular enough that there's no reason it shouldn't allow you to do that.
Easiest way I know to do this is to open your file in Paint program (assuming you're on Windows). Open the file, then click Save As, and in the File type box, change it to the one you want to save it as. Then you will have duplicated the image, in another format.

Do yourself a fovour and download IrfanView. It's free. It's not just a matter of creating a jpg, you have to resample it to 96dpi (PC) or 72dpi (Mac) and compress it to around 80%. MS Paint hasn't got a clue about these refinements, but all other paint/photo programs do. IrfanView is very easy to use.
This is a very old site of mine. It will still help you however. Don't use the menu, use the links at the bottom of the page.
