Do I need to buy a special disk? Should I change the picture format? I want my mother to see my nephews on her TV but I can't burn them.
I burn them but can't even see them on another computer. In fact even in my computer when I try to see them they show like files that i need to click. My mother has other DVD's from the rest of the family. It is me that can't get it done.
Please send me step by step insturctions.
