When you go to save the picture, Type in the filename that you want to give it and under the %26quot;Save as type:%26quot; drop list, choose your desired Picture Format.
Or do it the same, but open it with say Adobe PhotoShop, or MS Paint and go save as.
Note: PSD Format is an Adobe PhotoShop file.

You should open the .psd file in PhotoShop. Then you can choose to save it in other formats such JPG, GIF, PNG and many more formats. Use the save as option to do this.
