Picture Formats?

hi, can any1 tell me how to change a picture format to another piture format. (eg. change from jpeg to pdf etc) can any1 tell me how (softwares??)?

fisrt of all %26quot;PDF%26quot; is not a picture format it is a documentation format to convert jpg to pdf u need acrobat professional



to change any other image file use ms-paint

advance image format can be done by using adobe photoshop
IrfanView is a free program, that can handle most formats, but not PDF which isn麓t a picture format.
