Can I change the format in which a picture is saved?

also I wanted to say..not all are saved that way..it seems to be how the image is saved to their site, but when I save it it doesnt give me the option to save it in jpeg format

Do yourself a fovour and download IrfanView. It's free. It's not just a matter of creating a jpg, you have to resample it to 96dpi (PC) or 72dpi (Mac) and compress it to around 80%. MS Paint hasn't got a clue about these refinements, but all other paint/photo programs do. IrfanView is very easy to use.

The videos don't work either, but fish around.
Just open the pic in Paint then save it as .jpg
yes go to PAINT in windows to open photos Then %26quot;Save AS%26quot; blah.bmp to blah.jpeg.. Its easy like that..
