How can i change the monitor settings to change the Picture formats.
DVD picture shows longish on the laptop and PC?
This is normal.
You probably have a 4:3 screen on your laptop and you want to play a Widescreen movie. Even if you had a 16:9 screen you could still have black stripes on the top and bottom of your screen.
Don't change the settings of your graphics card, instead check if your DVD player software has aspect ratio options. You can probably fill the screen, but then you will lose part of the picture.
