When you save a picture on your desktop. How do you change the format of the file that it opens with?

Such as say like you save it saves it into paintshop. To open it. But you want it to open with paint for instance. How Do you change that??

Right-click on the file.....click on %26quot;open with%26quot;...then when a window pops up with the available programs, pick the one you want to open it with and if you always want it to open with that program check the check box that is displayed under where the list of programs is displayed that states %26quot;always use the selected program to open this type of file%26quot;
