How do i change a picture from microsoft office document imaging into a regular picture?
I'm not personally familiar with what form MS uses for this,but my first suggestion would be to download IrfanView (free, http://www.irfanview.com/) and use it to open the image. Then you can use Save As to save it as a jpg or any other format.
