My pictures are over 1000 mb and I need them to be under 200k , what program do I use, I need to upload to internet MLS system.
Also need to be JPG format which they are now.

Look up Ifranview. Its a free download that allows you to resize your pictures without having to crop the crap out of them... You just save them in a different way... too bad I can't remember the website address.

Also googles picasa is a very cool image editor
u can resize them with mosta the photo softwares...try photoshop..u can resize the pics and save 'em as JPG
I think you should look at the way your camera saves the picture first. It maybe set to high. I know my camera (a kodak) has an option under the menu button to change the setting. I would check there first....it is the simplest fix first.
If you don't change the format from JPG they simply won't be reduced in size
