open the picture with your paint program and click %26quot;save as%26quot; then scroll down to jpeg. there you go.
resave the photo and beneath the bit where u type in the name there is a drop down menu that allows u to choose the format u want it in. hopefully its in there :)
Open the pic in paint then go to file then save as and select jpg as the format.
you will need a photo editor software. there are free versions of these type of softwares from www.download.com
